*Our 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 4, the 3 bedroom cottage sleeps 6, and our rates are based on this. The sofa bed can increase this by 2; however, there is an extra charge to offset added costs. There is an additional cost per person of $15.00 per night, or $50.00 per week.

High Season rates: June 29th to August 31st; all statutory holiday weekends
Low Season rates: All other dates
During High Season, we only rent on a weekly basis: Saturday to Saturday.
There is a 2 night minimum requirement at all other times.
Only Victoria and Thanksgiving weekend, a three night minimum stay
You will need to bring your own bed linens (sheets, blankets, pillow covers), as well as towels (bath & beach). All beds have pillows and mattress protector covers. Most guests bring their own bedding (sheets, blankets, pillow covers). However, we can supply bed linens upon request at $10 per bed.
You will also need to supply your own paper products (i.e. paper towels, toilet tissue), clear garbage bags, food, and personal care items.
A $150 deposit per cottage is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable after May 1st. Before May 1, deposits are refundable minus $25 admin fee.
Check In / Check Out:
Check in time is anytime after 3:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am. Please contact the office if you plan to arrive late.
All guests must register at the reception office and pay their balance owing upon arrival. No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures.
